Production facility from a world-leading bakery in Finland

Complete production plant from a leading bakery and confectionery manufacturer. The auction includes, among other things, a quadruple dosing system, decoration line, proofing room, industrial oven, packaging machines, seasoning machine, etc. In addition, a new refrigeration plant, located in Helsinki, is being sold at the auction.

 

The production facility is located in Lahti, Finland.

 

NOTE: This is a special auction, which means that the highest bidder will be contacted after the auction has ended. The entire facility is being sold either in parts or as a single unit.

 

The auction will therefore be sold in one piece according to item 1339110 or in parts according to items 1339100 - 1339109. This will be coordinated after the auction has ended depending on the bids received.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.
