- Reception pocket for other organic material (household waste, slaughter waste, etc.)
- The receiving hopper with a volume of 30 m3 has two conveyor screws at the bottom that feed the material directly to the buffer hopper from the bag opener.
- Pocket and conveyor are made of material SS2333 T = 5 mm
- Lid + openable lid, 4" stud with cone plug, plastic wear lining T = 15 mm.
- Drive shafts and engine flanges in black material.

The mill consists of two hydraulically driven horizontal shafts equipped with 25 mm wide crushing rings. The hydraulic system for the scraper floor and the mill are combined so that the input quantity always matches the capacity of the mill. If an unbreakable object such as a frying pan ends up in the mill, the shafts reverse hydraulically and release the object into a container.
Buffer pocket has a volume of approximately 6 m3
After the grinder / bag opener, the waste goes on to a sieve that removes light material, plastic bags, etc., the remaining waste goes on past an electromagnet that removes any metals.
The waste then goes to another mill that pulverizes the waste into a slurry (soup jelly) and on to the digestion chamber.
The bag opener was purchased to be able to handle 25,000 tons of sorted bags of household waste.
If you run in liquid cooking fat and keep a check on how the digester is doing, you can expect about 250-300 Nm3 of digestate gas from the digester. It depends on how big the digesters are, it is difficult to give a general answer, but you need to make a calculation based on your own process.
