Loading and Shipping Information

A truck is available on site and we are happy to assist with loading. Please note that all loading is at the customer's own risk. We disclaim all liability for any damage or accidents that may occur in connection with loading.

Shipping can be offered at an additional cost to locations south of Stockholm . The prices below are approximate price examples excluding VAT :

  • 1 strength machine: 2,200 SEK

  • 1 treadmill/cross trainer: 2,600 SEK

  • 5 strength machines: 4,500 SEK

  • Whole truck (approx. 10 strength machines): SEK 7,200

Costs for packaging and pallets are additional.

Shipping is invoiced directly from the seller to the purchasing customer, separately from the rest of the purchase price.

For on-site pickup:

If the item is not collected on the specified delivery date , a storage cost of SEK 400 per calendar day will be added, effective from the day after the delivery date. The storage cost is invoiced continuously by the selling party to the buyer with an invoice interval of seven (7) days. Each invoice is due for payment within five (5) days from the invoice date, and billing occurs continuously until the item is collected.

Important info

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Delivery takes place after the auction has ended and the invoice has been paid.

When the items are handed over, please include a digital invoice. If a representative collects the items, there must be a power of attorney and a photocopy of the buyer's driver's license.

PS Staff is not on site so make sure to pay for your goods well in advance and bring the digital invoice.

Any dismantling is handled by the purchasing customer or any authorized representative.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
