Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

Oval, faceted natural emerald of Colombian origin. Medium-light green in color with moderate inclusions. Dimensions approx. 20.73 x 12.66 x 8.19 mm. Weight approx. 13.05 ct. Gemstone report from the International Gemological Institute, report #675561734, dated January 16, 2025.

Moderate natural inclusions, insignificant chip. Estimated insurance value is 137,000 SEK, see valuation statement for detailed information.

Personal viewings can be arranged by appointment and take place at the seller's office in Eksjö.

Special valuation report/certificate from an external expert in accordance with their terms. Market value is based on a market-adjusted valuation of the object prior to the auction, but does not constitute a prediction of the sales price but an assessment and serves only as a guide. The buyer is not entitled to make any claim against the seller due to the seller's valuation of and/or assigned market value to an object. The price at which an object is ultimately sold may be significantly above or below market value.
The fact that the object is sold with a statement/certificate from an external expert does not constitute a reason for the buyer not to fulfill their duty to investigate.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
