The property Krokom Hotagen 1:17 is being sold on behalf of the bankruptcy trustee.

The properties are located in the village of Hotagen. The nearest grocery store is in the community of Rötviken, about 4km away.

Description

The house is located on a sloping, currently overgrown plot. There is a detached garage with a loft with space for one car. The garage building also has a large woodshed and an outdoor toilet.

The house consists of two floors with a total of 8 rooms (incl. kitchen), a toilet, stairwell and storage room.

When you enter through the front door, you are first greeted by a hall where you have stairs straight ahead to enter the upper floor. Next to the stairs there is also a small storage room/wardrobe. To the right is a door that leads into the ground floor kitchen with both an electric stove and a wood stove. From the kitchen you can enter two of the three rooms on the ground floor, the last room can in turn be reached from both of the other rooms. In the southern part of the ground floor there is also a dressing room/storage area where you also access the toilet. The toilet is a dry toilet of the Separett Villa 6000 model.

When you go up the stairs to the upper floor, you are first greeted by a storage room to the right in the stairwell. Straight ahead, you first enter a room where you can either go straight ahead to get to another bedroom with carpeting, or turn right to get to the upstairs kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Inside the kitchen is another bedroom with a balcony. From the balcony you can see Lake Hotagen.

 

Condition

No major inspection of the property has been carried out. The surface layers are old and worn and this is consistent throughout the entire building. The condition of the water pipes has not been checked. The heating appears to have been wood burning in the stove and fireplace (apart from electric elements), the condition of the chimney has not been checked.
