Handover of objects
Pickup can only take place after full payment has been registered in our system.
Payment and booking of pickup must be made within 7 days of the end of the auction , unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Booking of pickup is made via our IAM after registered payment.
More information about booking and contact details can be found on the invoice sent out after the auction.
When picking up, you need to be able to show a digital invoice.
If someone other than the buyer collects the item, a power of attorney and a copy of the buyer's ID are required.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
