Yale Linus Family
Smart Lock for apartment, Scandinavian model
Yale Linus Family is a smart lock with a code unit for the apartment, the lock is mounted over the current knob on the inside of the door and gives you access to a more comfortable and secure everyday life. Linus communicates using Bluetooth. You can have automatic locking and can unlock the door with a code or through the fast Yale Access app on your mobile. It is also possible to let your mobile unlock automatically when you get home (via geofencing)! You can also use the key to your lock cylinder in an emergency.
The lock is connected using the Yale Connect Wifi bridge (included) so you can easily lock and unlock remotely, you can also send digital accesses to friends and acquaintances in the Yale access app and receive notifications when there are activities in the lock. The ability to schedule when codes connected to services in the home should work is also one of many smart features. The lock is prepared for Home Delivery services.
Suitable for doors with cylinder locks, oval or round cylinder of Scandinavian model and lock housing with 90 rope 360 degree key rotation

With this code unit, your everyday life will be a little more convenient, easily unlock the door with a code, easily lock with the push of a button. It is advantageous to mount it at a comfortable height on the wall next to the lock.
Use a 4, 5 or 6 digit code that you program into the Yale access app, up to 220 PIN codes. Yale Smart Keypad has backlit buttons (lights up when activated). Powered by 2 AAA batteries. IP rated IP 55 but we recommend that it be used indoors due to the risk of shortened battery life due to cold.

Since this item is not shipped outside Sweden foreign customers needs to pick it up within 10 days after recieving the invoice else we will debit a storage fee for each day after the 10 day period.

Items that have not been picked up after the pick up date will be sent to you (only within Sweden), and you will be debited a shipping fee, unless otherwise agreed with the responsible handling or shipping manager.

Appointments must be made no later than 3 days after the end of the auction.

Collection must have taken place no later than 14 days after the end of the auction, otherwise you will be charged for a warehouse rent for non-collection.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
