Volvo V70 T4 sold for the police authority in Värmland.

An emergency vehicle usually has more wear and tear than a normally used vehicle, which should be taken into account when bidding.

The car starts and can be moved but runs jerkily and it doesn't feel like the engine is producing full power. Leakage in the exhaust system. According to previous users, there is an oil leak that should be fixed, it is not clear what is causing the leak or why the engine is running jerkily.
